This career position is located in our Marietta (Atlanta), Georgia Production Center

The Commercial Mortgage Loan Processor (CMP) will report to the Operations Manager and CEO. Duties will include but not be limited to processing commercial real estate mortgage loans.


The CMP will review loan requests submitted to our patent pending lending portal and initiate receipt of, and organize, significant quantities of documentation for multiple transactions simultaneously. The CMP will prepare an analysis of financial background data for new or existing clients to determine qualifications and eligibility for loan programs and determine if they meet underwriting guidelines and criteria. The CMP must be able to analyze personal, corporate, and property financial statements. The CMP will also communicate and coordinate with underwriting, and closing Departments.

  • 2+ years commercial real estate mortgage processing experience

Loan Production Manager (LPM)
This career position is located in our Marietta (Atlanta), Georgia Production Center
The Loan Production Manager (LPM) will be the initial point of contact for clients who submit commercial real estate loan requests to our patent pending lending portal and initiate receipt of, and organize, significant quantities of documentation for multiple transactions simultaneously. The LPM will prepare an analysis of financial background data for new or existing clients to determine qualifications and eligibility for loan programs and determine if they meet underwriting guidelines and criteria. The LPM must be able to analyze personal, corporate, and property financial statements. The LPM will also communicate and coordinate with Processing, Underwriting, and Closing Departments.

The Loan Production Manager must have the ability to perform multiple tasks for multiple transactions simultaneously and accurately in a time critical environment. The ability to thrive under pressure and effectively prioritize and time manage activities will be essential for success.

The LPM will report to the Operations Manager and will join a highly collaborative team responsible for providing commercial real estate senior debt, agency, CMBS, and bridge loans. The ideal candidate will thrive working in an entrepreneurial team environment, be highly self-motivated, disciplined and confident. This individual will exhibit personal integrity, a deep desire to learn, and strong communication (both verbal and written) skills. The ability to work independently with the knowledge of when to ask for guidance is required.

Job Description:
The individual chosen will be multi-talented with cross generational skill sets. They will be responsible for managing the daily activities of a high tech commercial real estate finance operation. Responsibilities include management of Sales and Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Closing Supervisors, and insure client satisfaction. Utilize our Patent Pending Software Suite for work flow, record keeping, research, report writing, customer service, and ensure proper procedures are followed. Interview, hire, train, coach, mentor, motivate, and evaluate team members for career development. Responsible for policy implementation, procedures development, and performance management.

Monitors teammates for adherence to internal and external client touch points and communication matrix with an intense focus on quality and service excellence; serves as first escalation point for client service issues. Provide superior service to our client base as well as our internal staff.
Organize and analyze reporting data to improve operating procedures and/or related systems. Serves as a liaison between sales and C’ level staff.

Basic Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred or communication, organizational, time management skills, and analytical abilities typically acquired through the attainment of an Undergraduate degree.
  • 2 years management experience in a credit/financial review environment
  • 2 years underwriting commercial real estate mortgage loans
  • In-depth knowledge of credit policy, mortgage products, loan documentation, compliance/related laws, other real estate industry terminology and practice
